This picture shows the detail from a 5’X 16’ custom map painted for the Oldest continuously operated Yacht Club in Florida, Halifax River Yacht Club. The map depicts features from the area at the turn of the century, and a view of the building from an older time. The canvas was faux finished to look as old as the original club.
Another map, tea-stained and with torched edges; this one on a canvas big enough that the installation took four to five people.
This mural features details in the landscape from the customer’s ancestral home in Italy. The columns are also entirely hand painted as faux marble and antique bronze.
